Gold card

You have access to our fitness area and all our grouptraining classes in our timetable. You are able to book the classes in our timetable through our website 10 days in advance. Please be aware, that your members- hip will be put on hold if you do not show up to a class that you have booked. To reopen a membership on hold will cost you 50 SEK. In a one year card it is included to bring a friend for free one time.

VIP card

You have access to our fitness area and all our grouptraining classes in our timetable. In addition you will receive one hour personal training, a 25 minute massage and a personal locker (where you can keep your things during the whole membership period). You will also receive a neck strap, 1 towel and water bottle. With the VIP membership you are able to book the classes in our timetable though our website 10 days in advan- ce. Please be aware, that your membership will be put on hold if you do not show up to a class that you have booked. To reopen a membership on hold will cost you 50 SEK. It is included to bring a friend for free one time.

Day card

The day card is valid monday to friday before 2 pm and during the whole weekend. You have access to our fitness area and all grouptraining classes on our timetable that are within the validity time of the day card. Please be aware, that your membership will be put on hold if you do not show up to a class that you have booked. To reopen a membership on hold will cost you 50 SEK.

Tennage card (age 13-17)

If you are a teeager. Both group training classes and usage of the fitness area are included in the membership. Please observe that a guardian always has to be with the teenager during his or her work out. The mebership is 1499 SEK/year or 600 SEK/90 days.
