Personal Training

Your personal trainer will be with you during your training to coach and motivate you. The exercises will be adapted to your goals and ability. Every coach session is 60 minutes and cost 475 SEK or 4500 SEK for 10 sessions.

Would you like to get started with your fitness training? Have you been training before but need some new inspiration or perhaps keep on doing fitness training after physiotherapy or an injury? Then I can provide you with different exercises and an individual training program. It can contain simple exercises or more advanced functional training. Everything will be adapted after your need.

Anna Larsson

A personal trainer can be of a big value irrespectively if you are a beginner to fitness or if you have been doing fitness for a while. I can help you to improve your technique and show you exercises adapted for your personal goals. I contribute with inspiration ad a well deliberated programme. It is possible to include cardiovascular training in form of interval training on our cardio machines, boxing, spinning or circuit training. To invest in a personal trainer means that you invest in yourself and your health.

Eva Ignberg

I use my experience within group training and classes that I teach. I will help you to reach your goals through proper knowledge within fitness training, cardio vascular training and flexibility training. I provide the training after your specific goals and basis. You will learn efficient and safe training with the right technique from the beginning.

Linda Sjölund

You can engage a personal trainer if you are beginner and would like to get inspired to a long lasting and healthy life style or if you need help to reach top result. I make sure to optimise your training and nutrition. I am a licensed Personal Trainer and have experience from competition sports and many years of teaching various classes. I am also specialised in training during pregnancy and I can provide a training program adapted for safe training during your pregnancy.
