Yoga

BODYBALANCE™

BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYBALANCE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Yoga

This flow class is based on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga. We focus on moving with our breath and energizing the whole body. This class in always given in English.

Flowing Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Physically, you will build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Mentally, the focus on the power of breathing will help you relax and release any blockages of energy flow throughout your body. This all-levels class will nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Dance

SH’BAM™

Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM™ is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH’BAM™ class is vibrant, unique and varied – and like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new SH’BAM™ release is produced every three months with new music and choreography.

Strength

GRIT™ STRENGTH

LES MILLS GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

BODYPUMP™

A strength-training workout for your whole body. We use a bar and weights that you can choose and vary. We work through the large muscle groups with particular endurance strength training. The class is one of the KTH-Hallen most popular classes and is ideal for beginners as it contains very simple training and where you choose the weights, but also provides good training if you are used to working out since it is a very effective and inspiring form of exercise.

CXWORX™

Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you!

Core

Effective, challenging and fun workout for the body’s ”core”; torso, back and pelvic muscles. Gives you stability, strength, balance and better posture. Parts of the training is performed on fitness balls.

Box

A tough, fun and varied workouts inspired by boxing and other martial arts, where we work in pairs with punch and kick series and other fitness and strength involved. Really good exercise for both fitness, strength and flexibility. Fits all as you can work at your own level!

Cirkelträning

Cirkelträning is a fast, safe and effective stationary workout. Conditioning and strength are mixed for 35 minutes and an instructor motivates you and play catchy music. Easy Line machines are simple, efficient and secure. You choose the load by adjusting the tempo, the faster you run, the heavier load. We work 20-40 seconds per station.

Full Body Circuit

Circuit training mixing cardio and strength exercises. A full body work out!

Gympa

A varied and fun mid-intensity workout that include fitness, strength as a flexibility with great variety. You get a bit of everything and it’s easy to keep up with.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

GRIT™ PLYO

GRIT Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Spinning

A conditioning class at a spinning cycle. There are a variety of resistance, pace, technique and position. You adapt yourself through the level knob on the bike.

Gympa

A varied and fun mid-intensity workout that include fitness, strength as a flexibility with great variety. You get a bit of everything and it’s easy to keep up with.

Ball games

Basketball

During the classes we normally play 5 against 5. The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced. For everyone to be able to get the most out of their training, we divide the teams after the participants experience. If you and a friend would like to play together during the training, just inform the instructor.
